Well & You offers virtual based counselling to address all your wellness needs, whether they be emotional, mental, physical or relational.
The only thing that matters when you think of wellness is YOU. Wellness includes the choices we make, the respect we give ourselves, our ability to honour what we need in any given moment, and the willingness to be vulnerable in order to heal.
To support individuals (children, youth and adults) as well as families to address social/emotional and mental health concerns through the use of a variety of therapeutic modalities (Ex: CBT, Brief Solution Focused, DBT Skills, Mindfulness, EMDR, etc). I value collaboration, transparency and openness and believe that it is integral to building a strong therapeutic alliance. My approach is compassionate, flexible and holistic and it is my intention to support clients to identify their inner strengths, gifts and resiliency to support them in their journey forward.
It is my hope to help individuals identify treatment goals that are important to them while creating a collaborative and safe environment where personal growth, reflection and healing can begin. This is a journey, and therefore the approach must be unique to the individual. Together we will create a starting place at which to work from that feels supportive and meaningful to you. My goal is to help you create meaningful change that enhances the quality of your life and brings wellness within your reach.
